About Dr. Nihar Sulthana(BNYS)

Dr.Nihar is a beacon of holistic wellness, seamlessly blending the ancient wisdom of yoga with the science-backed principles of naturopathy. After earning her medical degree from Rajiv Gandhi University Bangalore from 1996-2001, she embarked on a transformative journey into the world of yoga, discovering its profound impact on both physical and mental health. This ignited a passion for natural healing, leading her to pursue a doctorate in Yoga and naturopathy.
